ABIA SOUTH 2027: PRINCE PAUL IKONNE MOBILISES WOMEN’S WING, CHARGES ASIWAJU TSUNAMI SPECIAL SQUAD ON STRATEGIC GRASSROOT OUTREACH

Following his recent strategic alignment with Local Government Area and Ward Coordinators of ASIWAJU TSUNAMI MOVEMENT, the All Progressives Congress, APC Candidate for Abia South Senatorial District, Prince Paul Ikonne, has held another high-level strategic mobilization meeting with the leadership and members of the ASIWAJU TSUNAMI SPECIAL SQUAD, the formidable women’s wing of his campaign movement.
The strategic gathering, which took place at his corporate office at No. 7 Oron Street, Aba, focused more on leveraging the unique and potent influence of women in political mobilization to secure a comprehensive grassroots victory ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Addressing the enthusiastic crowd of women leaders, Prince Paul Ikonne emphasized that women represent the bedrock of effective political mobilization and societal transformation. He noted that their unmatched ability to connect with families and local networks makes the ASIWAJU TSUNAMI SPECIAL SQUAD an indispensable force in the campaign for legislative excellence in Abia South.
Prince Ikonne urged the squad to carry his message of verified public service milestones and private sector integrity directly to the doorsteps of voters across all local government areas and wards in the district.
“The strength of any enduring movement lies in the dedication of its women,” Prince Ikonne stated.
“I charge the ASIWAJU TSUNAMI SPECIAL SQUAD to act as our primary ambassadors. Take our blueprint for a prosperous Abia South into every home, market, and community gathering. Let our track record of transparency and public service speak for the transformative representation we will deliver at the Red Chamber.”
The discussions focused on establishing structured house-to-house campaigns, setting up local support networks, and strengthening cooperative engagement among women across the senatorial district.
Responding on behalf of the squad, the Zonal Coordinate of the Asiwaju Tsunami Special Squad Mrs Lovina Opara expressed unwavering loyalty to Prince Ikonne’s senatorial ambition.
They pledged to deploy an intensive, aggressive grassroots campaign, assuring the candidate that the women of Abia South are fully united and ready to deliver a resounding victory for him and the President Bola Tinubu in 2027.
This meeting marks another significant step in Prince Paul Ikonne’s ongoing efforts to build a highly organized and inclusive political network capable of reshaping the political landscape of Abia South.
