The aspiration of Hon. Justice Ihuoma Ogbonna to represent Obingwa East State Constituency at the Abia State House of Assembly received a major boost following his successful screening by the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the party primaries and 2027 general elections.

Speaking shortly after the screening exercise, Hon. Ogbonna expressed gratitude to party leaders and supporters for their confidence in his aspiration, assuring the people of Obingwa East of purposeful, people-oriented, and quality representation if elected.
