Abia Speaker, Rt. Hon. Emereuwa Sets to Appreciate Constituents, Party Faithfuls, Stakeholders and Supporters
My dear friends and supporters,
As your representative, my job is centered on three key things: making laws, overseeing government projects, and speaking for you —the people who entrusted me with this role. I am proud to say that, with your support, the 8th Assembly under my leadership has achieved great things in lawmaking. We have also held important public hearings and oversight meetings to ensure transparency and accountability in government programs.
But beyond my duties in the Assembly, I have never forgotten the people who made this possible — YOU. Over the past two years, your unending support has been my strength. Whether through daily efforts or special festive programs, I have worked hard to touch lives in our community.
Now, I want to take a moment to personally thank each and every one of you for standing by me. That is why I am excited to invite everyone to a special appreciation event tomorrow, June 19, 2025, at Aba Town Hall by 12 noon. There will be lots of gift items as a small token of my gratitude.
I also recognize the hard work of our Keke and Okada riders, especially with the improved roads in Aba (thanks to our great Governor, Alex C. Otti). With more people moving around, the demand for transport has increased. To help ease the burden of high fuel costs, I will be providing free fuel (PMS) at three different petrol stations starting from 9 am tomorrow.

I know this may not reach everyone, but I hope it brings some relief. This is just one way to show that I hear you, I see your struggles, and I will keep advocating for your needs—better roads, healthcare, and other basic amenities—at the Abia State House of Assembly.
After the fuel distribution, we will gather at the Women’s Square, Aba Town Hall, Aba South Local Government Area, for the main event. Let’s come together in joy and orderliness.
