The Governor of Rivers State Sir, Fubara have written to the Rivers State House of Assembly under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Martin Amaewule to represent the 2025 budget on the 19th March, 2025 or any other day they deem it fit for him to represent the bill. See attached.
