During the welcome address, the APC Chairman for Ohafia Local Government Area, Prince Emma Nwosu, emphasized the unity and readiness of the party for the upcoming 2027 elections. He stated, “We are working to build a Party that will win elections come 2027.”

Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, who represents the Abia North Senatorial District, praised Chief Kelvin Jombo as a valuable addition to the party, assuring that any initiatives he had previously begun in Abiriba would be completed by Jombo. He expressed gratitude to everyone who welcomed Jombo into the APC, reinforcing the party’s strength by declaring, “We are the biggest party in Africa and we have what it takes to retain power.” He also noted, “With God’s presence, Kelvin Jombo knows that his future is secure in the APC.”

In response, Chief Kelvin Jombo conveyed his intention to enhance the APC’s contributions and viability, stating, “We are joining to add value to the APC. The strength of the broomstick lies in its numbers, and I assure you all that Abiriba is APC.”
