The Agalaba Peoples Forum Honours Hon. Maxwell Nwadike, Urges for support for Gov. Otti
SPEECH BY THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF OBINGWA LGA, HON. MAXWELL CHINWEIKPE NWADIKE AT THE APF SECOND CONVENTION ON FRIDAY 27TH DECEMBER, 2024 AT RowMay HOTEL.
Distinguished ladies and gentlemen, members of the APF, esteemed guests, and all who have gathered here today, it is both an honor and a privilege to stand before you at the APF Second Convention. I would like to begin by extending my heartfelt gratitude to the organizers of this event for the opportunity to be part of this great occasion.
I am deeply honored to be here today, not only to celebrate the accomplishments of the APF, but also to highlight the tremendous strides we are making in Obingwa Local Government Area, and most importantly, to encourage each and every one of you to continue supporting our visionary leader, Governor Alex Chioma Otti.
Governor Otti has been an unwavering advocate for Obingwa, and his commitment to our development is evident in the many transformative initiatives he has undertaken. Through his leadership, Obingwa LGA has seen incredible progress, with projects that directly impact the lives of our people. One of the key achievements I must mention is the establishment of both a Garri Processing Plant, a Palm Oil Processing Plant and renovation of twelve Health Centres that cut across Obingwa LGA. These projects not only serve to enhance local economic activity but also provide opportunities for sustainable livelihoods for our farmers and entrepreneurs. This is the kind of forward-thinking leadership that Governor Otti has brought to our community.
In addition, the Governor has demonstrated his dedication to infrastructural development in Obingwa by flagging off several road projects in our local government area. These roads will enhance connectivity, improve accessibility, and foster economic growth by opening up more areas for trade and development. Governor Otti has consistently shown that he has the people of Obingwa at heart, and it is in this spirit of progress and unity that I call on all of us to continue our support for his leadership.
As I stand before you today, I am also humbled to receive this prestigious award from the APF. This recognition is not just for me, but for the entire leadership and people of Obingwa who have worked tirelessly to achieve these milestones. It is a testament to the collective effort and the shared vision we hold for a better future. I dedicate this award to all the people of Obingwa, whose support and dedication make it possible for us to continue pushing for progress and development.
In conclusion, I urge each one of you here today to stand firm in your support for Governor Alex Chioma Otti. Let us continue to work together, hand in hand, to build a prosperous and thriving Obingwa. Together, we can achieve even greater heights.
