Lecturers and staff of Abia State University Uturu have embark on a massive protest over their unpaid 11 months salary arrears owe to them by the Government of Alex Otti.
This is coming just as the Governor claimed in his media chat last Friday that he has cleared all the salary arrears.
Now, the question is why is the government so deceitful and always engaging in media propaganda?
