The Governor of Abia State Dr. Alex Otti through the Head of Service has reversed all command promotions given in the last eight years in the civil service of Abia State.
The Governor ordered that they reverse to their normal cadre of service.
Affected workers will proceed to promotion on the normal process. This is return seniority to the service, she said.
