A former Local Government Chairman in a region of Abia state is involved in a messy divorce case where he is accused of adultery and fraud by his friend and the friend’s wife.
The evidence gathered includes chats and money transfers amounting to N805,000 sent to the lady by the Ex-LGA Chairman. The Chairman was also caught booking flights and staying in a hotel near the couple’s home.
The chat history between the Chairman and the lady’s brother suggests a close relationship, further indicating an intimate affair. Despite being confronted with these allegations, the Chairman boldly displays documents that he claims to possess, proving his involvement in the affair.
The lady involved seems to have been lured by wealth and glamour, showing signs of manipulation and deceit.
Luckily, she got the opportunity in 2022, during the lead-up to the 2023 election, to enter politics. She encountered the former LGA Chairman and was invited to a political event. However, unbeknownst to her, the former Chairman had malicious intentions towards her husband.
He manipulated her into following his script and promised to support her in fighting her husband. Interestingly, she was also using him for her gain, despite his belief that she loved him.
Further investigation revealed that she was involved with multiple other men simultaneously, indicating it was not about love for the former LGA Chairman but a result of her issues such as poverty mentality, deceitful nature, poor upbringing, greed, shamelessness, and naivety.
A conversation with the former LGA Chairman, now residing in the United States, confirmed that the woman had sold three buildings owned by her husband, abandoned legal matters, and moved to the US with their daughter. Coincidentally, the former Chairman now lives in the US with his doctor wife
